The Employment Launch Program at Closer Care is a structured, one-on-one pathway designed to support young people with disabilities to build confidence, develop practical skills, and move towards employment, training, or further study.

We focus on real, personalised support that meets each participant where they are at; helping them grow in confidence, communication, independence, and workplace readiness in a way that feels achievable and meaningful.
