The event began with a calming breathwork session led by Chris from CMWellness, who took us on a gentle journey of relaxation. It was the perfect way to reset, connect with ourselves, and welcome the energy of the day.

Delicious Lunch Provided by Al AseelOur guests were treated to an incredible Lebanese feast from the much-loved Al Aseel Restaurant. Every dish was a hit, with many going back for seconds, and thirds!
🎨 Creativity, Calm & Connection Through Music and Art
We were lucky to experience a peaceful sound healing session with Yuliia, whose calming tones set a tranquil atmosphere throughout the space. Adding to the sensory experience, we also welcomed a lively and engaging music session from Umbrella School of Music, featuring percussion instruments, sing-alongs, and lots of smiles.
Alongside this, we proudly showcased an art exhibition from our talented participants, highlighting the beautiful creations from our Tuesday Art & Craft group. The combination of soothing sound, uplifting music, and expressive artwork created a truly mindful, joyful, and inspiring space.
🎁 Community Spirit, Style & Surprises
It was heartwarming to see new faces from the community join us for the celebration, your presence and energy added so much joy to the day.
We also had a bit of fun with our Best Dressed Award, which went to Joe, who impressed everyone in a full suit, top hat, and sunglasses. A few others also made a wonderful effort to dress up and deserve a big round of applause!
Congratulations to our raffle winner, Nicholas, and to Leah, who received an Umbrella School of Music voucher, we hope you all enjoy your prizes!
